Mayoral candidate Linda Morad wants better use of city's stabalization fund

Ms. Morad always touts her record as a banker. Why did she leave? If we had a real newspaper in this city, Ms. Morad would have been properly vetted. She's an articulate candidate, but I have some real problems with her leadership style. A Morad administration would be bad for all city workers and anyone else who disagrees with her.
