MTA wants to hear from of our members.

There’s a robust conversation going on at VIVA MTA, the online forum the MTA is running to allow members in urban districts, including New Bedford, to share their ideas about how to close the achievement gap. Already members have posted great ideas about how to use school libraries more effectively, how to engage parents and the importance of partnering with outside organizations.

But the MTA wants to hear from more of our members. Ideas generated will help shape policies that are brought to the board for consideration. Only a few from New Bedford have chimed in, though I know a lot of members have good ideas.

The VIVA MTA Teachers Idea Exchange will only be open for a few more weeks. Please go to http://vivamta.socialsphere.com, register and share your ideas with us.
