Do they know how much money a teacher spends out of pocket, beyond the allowed taxable credit, on curriculum material because the books are so old and vandalised, as well as there's just not enough for one class of 25-30 students?!? How about just general everyday supplies: pencils,erasers, paper, notebooks,colored pencils, glue, scissors,etc. Get the picture?

That should read "giving back" one million. school sys funds city not vice versa.
