Your View: Superintendent Francis should resign | SouthCoastToday.com
The statements below which were made on January 4, 2011 seem to contradict what she's saying today. Big Surprise? No, not really. Those who know Jill are not surprised by her constant flip-flops. Most who know her would probably be shocked if she actually stuck to a position, any position.
"I do think Dr. Francis has done a wonderful job for our community," said committee member Jill Ussach, who graded Francis as exceeding expectations in 14 of the 40 categories.
"She's healed a lot of wounds; she's closed a lot of gaps. ... I'm very pleased with her as a choice for superintendent."
