StudentsFirst grades Massachusetts' education system a D+
The grade from StudentsFirst on their State Policy Report Card rates Massachusetts as the 14th-best state for public education policy based on the categories of “Elevate Teaching,” “Empower Parents” and “Spend Wisely and Govern Well.”
