Whatever happened to all of that extra Chapter 70 money the city received late because enrollment was not properly reported? Only half of it was used to fund the new teacher contract. The other $1 1/2 million was put aside in case Carney repairs weren't covered by insurance and for potential new deals with other non Unit A members. Let's not forget the buyouts of Bonner and Francis. How's that lost $1/2 mill feel now?
