SUPPORT NEW BEDFORD'S TEACHERS
Our colleagues in New Bedford need our support. New Bedford High School was recently designated level 4 by DESE.
The week before vacation, the Superintendent fired the entire staff and told them they would need to reapply for their jobs. At least 50% of them will not be rehired. In addition, the media have been highly critical of the teachers in New Bedford.
The teachers of NBEA are holding a rally on January 17 at 3:30 at New Bedford City Hall. Please consider joining them.
