Cards were being mailed out beginning last Monday (Dec 15).
Members with questions regarding Blue Cross/Blue Shield should contact BCBS Member Services at # 1-888-363-8069. This number has been set up as New Bedford specific and is not the same number found online or in any of their brochures.
