It is not the school. Parker has had more $ and staff thrown at it than a school that size can justify. Use the 8 mill on the neighborhood. Get some pride in the neighborhood. Get the parents good jobs. Improve the kids home lives so they try harder at school.

It's true. Get the people jobs and have the parents take responsibility for their child's success and BEHAVIOR! Simple, why is this so complicated?
Parents are the problem. Get off your butts and start to be good role models for your children. Then we would see success in education!
