WHAT: SEI Endorsement course for $450
WHEN: Summer 2017, the first course begins Thursday, June 1st . Seats are limited; registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
WHERE: Roosevelt Middle School
HOW: Registration is done through SmartPD beginning Wednesday, May 11. Payment must be received by Thursday, June 1.

The fine print:
- Checks should be made payable to NBPS and paid in the Business Office (Room 119) by 6/1/17
- Failure to make timely payment will result in loss of registration.
- In order for us to accurately report completion to the DESE, your SmartPD information must be accurate please check to ensure that your Staff Record has
o Full legal first name (including middle initial)
o MEPID
o Date of birth
- As a reminder – DESE requires SEI Endorsement for license renewal.
