The MTA’s New Member Committee is pleased to announce the Early Career Educators Conference (formerly the Just for New Teachers Conference) to be held at Worcester Technical High School on November 17, 2018.
MTA’s Early Career Educator Conference, designed for PK-12 teachers, paraprofessionals, and community college professors in their first five years of practice, presents the perfect opportunity for participants to meet with fellow educators and learn how to strengthen their classroom management skills, technology skill and much more!
This one-day conference offers 23 different two-hour workshops, including workshops on supporting English language learners and students with special needs, designing great lesson plans and assessments, and creating a positive environment for students, so that participants can choose the workshops that best meet their own learning and teaching needs.
This conference is FREE to attend for MTA members and SEAM members.
