The problem is workload and la...I retired in June. The problem is workload and lack of support, yes, but also that data collection and test preparation/administration is eating up the time that was once spent "teaching". The new teacher "evaluation" system is a cumbersome, tedious, time consuming joke. I loved teaching and could have spent several more years. It was probably a good move.
