Its about time that we have a superintendent with a backbone! What is up with the special treatment of certain students? Very unfair and unethical in many eyes. Are there actually any teachers on the school commitee? Wasn't Jack Nobrega a car salesmen at one time?
Bonner needs to understand that the school committee is her boss.
They set the policy and she does their will whther she likes it or not. Ripping the mayor and the committee in public is unprofessional no matter how you look at it.
I may have to agree with her on this one... with budgets the way they are, students should at last try their neighborhood schools... parents should be given choice only in extreme circumstances. Re-District if we are still seeing issues with large class size.

Speaking of unprofessional, was she first?
Am I wrong-isn't the job of the school committee to hire the superintendent and set the budget?
