The roundtable hmmmm. I wonder how much money could be saved by getting rid of the first in teacher in favor of the last in lower paied teacher hmmmmm. Intresting thought, pay based on the preformance of kids. So lets see a teacher with 20 kids a day and a teacher with 100 kids a day would be paied based on the kids MCAS score hmmmm. So a teacher who can't teach but is releated to, lets see, someone "in the know" would finally lose their job hmmmm.Can't wait to see how this turns out hmmmmmmmmmm.
