Mr. Oliveira's leaving has facilitated the rape of NBPS by a man that had previously "lost" money as the budget coordinator. Mary Lou sees the use of more than $400.00 a day as a good means of spending the little money we have to hire this person. You've got to be kidding! Can you just imagine someone looking at the position doing the research and saying "oh yes. New Bedford is the place for me!".
Maybe Darcy Fernandes could do this position - according to her, she is an expert in everything. She keeps telling her staff at RMS about her budgetary prowess.
