The NBEA has repeatedly asked that United Interfaith Action publicly denounce all the negative statements made against our teachers, New Bedford Public Schools, and the New Bedford Educators Association. To date, the United Interfaith Action has ignored our requests.

I would guess they don't feel they have to. It seems that they and other groups see themselves in power.I guess the question is, are they?
Depends on the VOTERS of New Bedford. Shouldn't we elect politicians to be responsible and accountable to us, the voters. Since the school department is so interested in bringing in "outsiders" politicians can do as they wish.
