We finally have a candidate who recocnizes the need for a bridge schol to help those who are non english proficient... why do we keep sending them to the High School to fail?
We need a bridge school for those kids without he skills necessary to be successful at he High School as well. Too many students come to the High School well below reading level. The Middle Schools cry they are too old to be there, but if they haven't passed anything in he three years you've had 'em, what makes you think the High school is going to have any success?
