Stand for Children Ballot Initiative will harm our members

Teachers need to remember that they should be ACTIVE members of the NBEA of which they are a part. If they do not begin to stand up for their rights as educators, then those rights will be taken away from them. Remember, if you don't do or say anything, that is considered an "action" too...your consent is implied, and it will be taken advantage of by others who are just standing by waiting to change the course of your future employment as educators. Please don't wait until it's too late! Take charge of the course of your career today! Keep up on the latest political information regarding educational initiatives! Read articles posted by your NBEA president! Stay informed!
