The Dying Daily's miniseries on Innovation Schools displayed the sorry state of journalism over on Elm Street.
The two stories were essentially propaganda. There was no investigation of the claims by the design designs, nor was there any real mention of the concerns brought forward by the opponents. Further, Whaling City Watch believes there should have been one or two articles devoted to the community members and teachers at Gomes/Roosevelt that have spoken out against both proposals.
We're apparently not the only people who believe the Dying Daily is unfair and imbalanced. Ward 3 City Councilor Henry Bousquet wrote the following letter to Bob Unger, the editor and associate publisher of the Dying Daily:

I'm sure bob and the s-t will do everything they can to help our school system. Spillane and the very handsome Steve Urbon will collect pennies to help the cause.
