A parent's point of view... By Joanne Correia Marques
As a Parent and a advocate for my children, I believe Marlene Pollock has no clue on what our children need and deserve! I wish that Marlene and Jack would sit down with us as parents and have a roundtable discussion.they need to listen to what we as parents and students believe that is needed in the classrooms as well as programs that make our students successful.I truly believe they have no desire to make the right decisions or put our students first...I can guarantee you that their first request would be change is needed and 2016 cannot come fast enough. Marlene Pollock, it is time that you step down and make our community a better place for our students, with someone you can proudly sit on that panel and have the knowledge, love, passion and dedication that all of our students deserve, clearly you have not provided any of that service since you have been elected.

If the voters allow her to stay for another term, there is no justice in this system.
It is clear that she as her own agenda and it isn't for our students!! she should be embarrassed and ashamed!
Pollock is actively trying to stack the school committee so she can destroy what's left of it. Word on the street is that she already has another stooge lined up to run.
