I am, once again, angered by yet another SC member's comment. We are cutting over 100 teachers and what is John Fletcher's priority program to bring someone back for.....Sealab. Seriously? One class cycles through that building for 2-3 hours....and they need 2 teachers to manage that? Where is the cold hard data to support that? Ridiculous! Class sizes are likely to increase,supplies are limited, programs are being slashed - the #1 priority, if anything is brought back, should be classroom teachers. Not Directors, not a Sea Lab teacher. Change needs to begin with the very politicians who are on that Committee. They need to get their very twisted priorities straight.
