The paper finally reached the tree wardens desk and was scheduled. Let's not put the school superintendent on a wooden pedestal just yet.Her job is education and the removal of bad practices that have festered in the school department not trees...

Spillane has gone off the deep end again.

Jack:

A caller to the mayor's radio talk show reported the dead tree at PRAB? Speaking of dead wood, when are you and Unger going to retire?
P.S. We will resume publishing soon. I know you missed us!

Whenever it is, it won't be soon enough. These two far-left "fruitcakes" have turned a really bad paper into a complete disaster!

Here goes Spillane again creating news when there's nothing to report.

Perhaps the fumes from rt18 are distorting his last functioning brain cells.

Ever notice how all the young talented writers worked their butts off at the Times and have to leave? Meanwhile the senior staff retire comfortably or are protected and spend their days writing ponderous columns every now and then ( Pollock Seaman, Humphries, Hartnet, Spillane, Urbon, Ungrr).
This from the paper that attacks public workers as privileged and that hates our seniority.
Keeping writing Becky, the dead wood on Elm is counting on you.

Here the DESE link displaying all Chapter 70 funding. New Bedford is getting $7 million more than last year. So, once again, why the layoffs?
