Living in fear is what she wants! She has threatened PRAB workers, Principals and others so that they stand with her. Principals who were never known to be so ruthless are cutting people down left and right. I know in my building the only time my principal leaves the office is to conduct the evaluations. You NEVER see her during the morning activities, walking the halls during the day or at during dismissals. I am not sure the principal even knows all our names. If the administrators who are backing Durkin think she will not cut them loose, they are only fooling themselves. They should be real careful. Lots of teaching positions in other districts. Not too many for administrators without LONG commutes. Stand up for your teachers! Do what is right. We need to have that bond that police and fire departments have. Stand together and rise up!
