Artist Laurie Bullard supports Dr. Durkin's vision for the future
- On December 11, 2013, Laurie Bullard, Artist, Gallery 65 on William Street , New Bedford said, "We support and have confidence in Superintendent Durkin."
- On December 16, 2013, Dr. Durkin informed the public that she will replace at least 50% of the New Bedford High School Faculty. Mayor Jon Mitchell and the entire School Committee blessed her decision.
- Ms. Bullard has the right to her opinion.
- We have the right not to do business with a business that does not support our students and educators.
- We encourage our members and friends to do the same.

This Laurie Bullard is or isn't the former mayor's wife? Her name was Laurie.
Mrs. Bullard does not support teachers. We do not support Mrs. Bullard.
Another cocktail boozer yatch clubber set on canning hard working teachers.
I hear her artwork -if you can call it that-is really lousy.
Who even shops at her store? Must be out of towners or her cocktail clique. Teachers can't afford her prices; especially out of work teachers. Maybe the supt has a few art pieces hanging on the walls of the penthouse.
