Plain and simple, it is called strict discipline, backing the teachers when they have to write conduct cards, and making students fully accountable for their actions.
I think everyone in this group should try walking in the shoes of the teachers who teach at the high school. Writing suggestions and giving recommendation without first-hand experience is a complete waste of time! Students are young individuals trying to spread their wings and many of these stakeholders are clueless to the many challenges we face daily.
To the stakeholders, get in and try teaching for yourself and then write your master turnaround plan. Bet dollars to donuts it will be completely different from the one submitted.

This is what we need for the entire school system to succeed. It's just common sense.

Strange crew of stakeholders...at least the attendance looked better at that one.
