Not one single school committee person supported our teachers on Monday night. We shouldn't support them either. The next time I get a letter to attend one of their cocktail parties, I'll throw it in the trash.

I thought Bruce O. was going to be his own man, I was wrong.

January Rally sounds fantastic! A fun time at city hall with all your friends! Show off your new red gear. Isn't that on every good little teacher's gift list?

All this talk is great, but we need to show REAL action. Picket, picket, picket. Stand up for our fellow teachers. We need to ring the near year in with a renewed sense of purpose. They don't take us seriously downtown. We have the power to change things...lets make it happen!!!!!

We need to not just protect the teachers but students as well she is over crowding classes making it hard on teachers and students how can they teach and hiw can the kids learn she is setting them up to FAIL! on both ends she was fierd from one district already why the hell ia she here!

Striking is a great idea. If all high school staff participate, it will have a tremendous impact and send a powerful message. Durkin's theory will become her reality. Let's do it asap!

You cant strike by law but you can call in sick...

How can Finnerty support this move by Durkin to fire all the teachers at NBHS and make them reapply? He spent years in this district and worked with these teachers. He is a spineless traitor and should be embarrassed for not speaking up.

Bruce O. is not his own man. He's Mitchell's man.

I'll be there. These teachers are tax payers and consumers in this city. Well they will be selling their property and spending their money elsewhere. Does Durkin own property in this city and pay taxes? Hell no! She rents; no real ties to the area.

We should be picketing the SC members houses as well as the "education mayor's" house. I can remember the police union doing that at Mayor Kalisz's house a few years back.

Nobrega has been on the SC for years and years and years. How did NBHS get to this state on his watch? He should have to answer to that.

It is imperative that preschool, elementary and middle school educators as well as retired teachers band together to show support for our brothers and sisters at NBHS. See you all on January 17th ... I'll be the one wearing red!
