Brockton comes up again and again. Has anyone with oversight investigated or at the least spoken to the Brockton Public School Department? Are we hiding data? Shouldn't we be rigorous in reviewing it?

Brockton had a team of teachers help design the restructuring...that would mean teachers might actually deserve a little money instead of administrators, test-makers, data doctors, etc...an outsider like Pia only cares about improved data(cherry-picked)...saving money(TFA?)...and appearing to be the savior for NBPS. The mayor and the selection team made a foolish choice. She is not the leader we were looking for. She displays no ability to question the damage corporate reform continues to do to public education.

She has her own agenda.

Top heavy New Bedford, Pia just hired someone @ 130,000. She has 3 assistant supers! Really! She should have purchased books, computers, desks, supplies for the students instead of adding to the already useless jobs in the administration. I wish the teachers had a much help with their 35 + students in the classroom.
