Today I heard a conversation from a parent whose child spent the last semester at Darmouth H.S. and he/she stated that "they were all clones" there was no diversity within the students or their activities. He/she was very grateful that he/she chose to return to New Bedford High School. This demonstrates the diversity, culture, programs and possibilities that exist an New Bedford H.S.
Sadly, Dr. Durkin wants to squash the very things that make NBHS unique. Invest in the Drama Club, invest in Music, invest in JOY! Invest in our incredible students.
