City on a Hill's graduation rate drops

"With regard to the City on a Hill Charter School, which plans to open a new high school in New Bedford next September, their four year high school graduation rate dropped sharply from 66 percent in 2012 to 53 percent in 2013. Moreover, when one compares the size of their freshmen class four years earlier with the number of students who walked across the stage with a diploma in 2013, their graduation rate drops to 24 percent."  - Thomas G.
