Let Dr. Durkin and her other high paid administrators donate some of their salaries and purchase instruments for any child who wants to play one. Why can't the money for instruments come out of the $9mil increase in this year's budget?
I have a great respect for the instrumental teacher at my school . Not only is this person knowledgable about music but understands so many aspects of what teaching is all about and how to deal with kids.

So many instruments....so few music teachers.
