I would like someone to explain to me how level 1 and 2 children are not receiving the proper amount if services?.....They are suppose to get 2.5 hours a day of pull out services and they are getting 90 minutes a week!!!....This is a disservice to these children....some schools have over 100 ELL students and 1 ELL tutor....Someone tell me how this is improving our schools.

I'm at Keith and our Level 0-1-2's receive 3 hrs of service a day. It's a shame equity isn't throughout the entire district.
