NBEA General Meeting to discuss the Evaluation System

A peaceful holiday to President Lou St. John and his family. May 2015 bring our members hope and fairness.
The teachers at the high school were.informed that they are all on one year self directed evaluation plan regardless of their status last year. How can this be fair? Plus, at the staff meeting on Wednesday they were informed that attendance will be attached to their evaluation regardless of the contractually agreed doctors note after 3 days.
