It's funny , all the school that are level one are in nice areas of NB. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this one out! Of course , Durkin blames the teachers for the parents failures.
You got that right! Take a good look at where these children are coming from......demographics don't lie. In the North End most of the kids are coming from single family houses (which means wealthier than the projects). However, I do understand that some of Pulaski's kids do hail from at least Duncon Dottin. In the South, Taylor has LONG been one of the better schools in NB. Many of those kids come from solid homes and families. It's like compairing Fall River to Newton Highlands. Really, people??
Someone needs to verify this data....maybe another case for the state auditor .....wouldn't be surprised if all of a sudden,hay-Mac and other level 3 schools became level 1........those people really know how to work on their data....
