Thank you to the negotiating team and the union leadership for getting the best deal available. It is not perfect and will require a lot of additional planning by teachers, but it is a fair deal. Some staff members should exercise restraint in how they label the clear majority of their colleagues that voted in support of ELT. Insulting others on social media is inappropriate and unprofessional.

I agree. Its not healthy when a work environment has people calling their colleagues ugly names.
